About personal energy

The 20th century released gin from the bottle: in one place the two basic energies of water and fire were mixed – the steam engine was invented and manufactured. It didn't take long for horses, sails and other means of transportation to be replaced by steam energy.
And it rushed: diesel locomotives and electric trains pulled behind steam locomotives and steamships. The released energy increased the length of the day, gave rise to new sciences, starting with chemistry…
Just a hundred years later, we live in a different world: with information technology, accessibility anywhere in the world, our own interests at a remote distance, with a misunderstanding of what is put in the tube, and how this thing works in our hand. Today, both are platitudes.
The 20th century began with an equally noticeable rise in interest in the inner energy – the energy of the individual. This is what S. Freud wrote about (the beginning of the scientific career of the 70s of the 19th century) in his works that became the basis of the "sexual revolution". He was interested in "libido" – i.e. energy, primarily sexual and its sublimations (primarily creativity), he found out that the prohibitions of upbringing or religion do not allow to realize the causes of a person's actions and emotions, first of all, when it comes to himself.
Around the same period, eugenics split into two hostile camps "education, pedagogy" and "genetics" – here we can recall the works of Vygotsky L.S. (the beginning of his psychological career can be considered 1916) and his disputes with opponents.
Around the same period, paintings change, first of all deserve attention, French artists try to capture the moment, yes, as it can still be a rare photographer. The Impressionists (the emergence of a new style can be considered "Breakfast on the Grass" by Edouard Manet 1863 " Salon of the Outcasts") are looking for forms, ways to express the emotional and sensual world of a person freed from dogmas. Symbolism, which gave rise to the Silver Age of Russian poetry (the beginning can be considered the last quarter of the 19th century), its founders Paul Verlaine, Arthur Rimbaud, Charles Baudelaire considered as a way of understanding the world with the help of art.
Around the same time, new or preferred ways of knowing the world and truth are sought, and in literature the classic novel is being replaced by a classic detective story. Suffice it to recall Sherlock Homs and his deductive method (Etude in Crimson Tones 1987). It was the method of deciphering that occupied many intelligent people at that time.
The intuition of each of us, if it is in working order, does not need additional examples. It is clear that the development of industrial energy should be balanced by knowledge and the ability to manage the internal personal energy of a person. This is obvious, as well as the fact that the most likely catastrophe in the history of the Earth is directly related to the activities of people. Moreover, the more people are enslaved by the worldview of the consumer society, the more likely a global catastrophe is. Accordingly, the interests of the individual and the interests of society coincide: it is necessary to find a way to manage the energy of the individual and direct this individual energy to creative processes that do not destroy, and preserve and restore the biosphere.
That is why our keen interest is caused by Chinese practices, ancient sciences of Ayurveda, the theory of passionarity of L.N. Gumilyov (in the Gulag camps of the 40s of the 20th century) and the theories of the noosphere, proposed by V.I. Vernadsky (the beginning can be considered 1927 the organization of the department of living matter in the Academy of Sciences).
In the psychology of the scientific approach recreated from antiquity to the present day, it is possible to distinguish the theories of motivation and needs, which are no less important. On the one hand, they do not allow to reduce a person to primitive behaviorism: "stimulus-reaction", on the other hand, a close interest in the motivational sphere, human needs forms the basis of a dead-end consumer society. Moreover, the base level of needs in the consumer society is elevated to some kind of cult, the basis of the foundations, and the conclusions of A. Maslow himself are ignored. Maslow, in his first experimental attempts to study the personality in need of development (self-actualization – the beginning of the 30s. 20th century) comes to an amazing conclusion for himself: the needs of lower levels may not be satisfied, but the personality still strives for higher needs: in love, respect from others, but above all from his own self, and therefore is in constant development. The source of this development is the person himself, this is one of the necessary conditions for self-sufficiency.

If we reduce to some kind of holistic picture, it turns out that each person can take care of himself (since the general concept except "sun, air and water are not offered to our best friends") and answer simple questions for himself:
– Do I have personal energy?
– Do I know how to use it at the right time in the right place?
– Do I know how to reserve/accumulate it or does it leak between my fingers to who knows where and why?
– Do I use my energy of my choice? or allow other people to use my personal energy for their own purposes?
– Can I find my goals in this world of dictatorial information flows?
Can I organize my only life so that my personal energy comes back to me?
– Do I know where to get personal energy?

These and similar questions arise from people who are interested in completely different issues, for example, information wars, catastrophe theories and the use of fear of global catastrophes, ways to influence the consciousness of a large number of people, futurism and just trying to understand why efforts do not bring results, forces dry up, hands go down.

It is curious that the Chinese sages believed and believe that the cause of diseases lies in a lack of energy, even excess weight is not the reserves of excess energy in the form of fat cells in extreme cases, but a lack of energy. From the point of view of the human body, as an integral continuously functioning system, the disposal of waste is not the most primary task, it can be postponed. The bad thing is that toxins, toxins, debris on the walls of blood vessels accumulate, leading to even greater losses of energy. A vicious circle is formed. Debilitating diets and exercises cannot break this vicious circle. Man needs the energy of life. The one that allows you to be young: break the regime, dance until you drop, eat as much as you give and keep the weight, take an exam in a new subject, spend the day and night after first hearing the name of the subject – and from all these disorders not to feel tired, tired or, as it is now fashionable, "depressed".

At the same time, even in the most beautiful time of youth, human bioenergy is associated with the general rhythm of the earth: people are most active in the summer, their sleep is reduced without any damage to well-being, we meet spring with the rise of creativity, dreams, a sense of ease and readiness for takeoff, sexuality and the desire to love grow. Autumn is a more realistic, practical time, we harvest and rejoice in abundance. In winter, we move less, sleep more, drink tea while talking. In winter, we philosophize…

If the annual cycle is translated into the cycle of life "the autumn of life, like the autumn of the year should be gratefully accepted", then the cold winter … may seem like something very sad and distant enough not to be upset "here and now" so as not to think about it at all. As if in anticipation of a global catastrophe, we hide the goova in the sand, protecting ourselves from information … At the same time, we live according to the laws of wildlife, and we know that some grasses are annual, some are biennial, and some live for many years. There are trees that are larger than the age of our era, they were trees before the appearance of Christ!
Trees grow in winter, leaves appear in spring, flowers appear in summer, fruits in spring, and trees grow in winter, although processes slow down, juices become less the colder the climate. Our ancestors used winter for creativity: someone sewed, knitted or spun, someone cut wood, someone … just philosophizing over tea.

Maybe in this question: why do you need the winter of life? you will find the answer about your personal energy.
Maybe you'll even build a theory that applies to all people? so that we are not ashamed that we have conquered/split the atom, that we have made its energy serve our not always peaceful purposes, but that we do not know the features of our own energy and have never learned how to control it.

If we return to the undeclared information war between the Western and Eastern mentalities, then about

intuitive way

Attention is drawn to the fact that Eastern practices invite everyone to find their own way, allowing them to move through life from choice to choice, without a specific goal. In the Western world of aspirations, achievements, achievements, such a path is impossible, if only because there are no obvious criteria. In the Western world and, to an even greater extent, in Soviet society, the criterion is set – this is the basis of a planned economy (as practice and experts' conclusions show, a necessary condition for economic success).

Thus, we can argue with Lao Tzu: "A foolish man seeks happiness, and a wise man pursues the true path." Wisdom is meaningless if you have to pay for it with happiness. The moment of happiness is just a joy, it is fleeting, but give us happiness prolonged into infinity. To do this, we only need to combine into a holistic picture of the world: personal energy, planned achievements of the Western world and traditional practices of self-knowledge and harmony from the ancient Eastern sages.

Happiness is worth it!
